MKBH Building Mateirals Trading LLC as a leading Supplier of Sand & Gravel materials in the UAE relies on this Return and Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

When a customer contacts us by phone or email or WhatsApp, our initial response is to assist in investigating the cause of the problem and try to find a solution that meets customer satisfaction.

However, in some cases, a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or exchange may be processed.

Returns are permitted only if the material that is delivered is not delivered based on the agreed conditions such as sand being wet or dry / Packages are not the right weight or not properly sealed.

You may Return the Sand/Gravel bags if the number of defective bags is less than 10 packets to our main warehouse at Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. If the defective packets are more than 10 bags, then we will arrange for the collection of the bags

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging & with all paperwork, parts & accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as the Invoice or website order number. If you’re missing your receipt, an exchange may be issued up to the same amount as the item being returned.

Sand and gravel materials cannot be exchanged once used. Exchange is only permitted if the bags are not opened and if you arrange for the transportation or are willing to pay for the extra transportation costs

If returned by a courier, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have come in person to our warehouse then the goods will be inspected on the spot and you will be issued a refund in the original method of payment.

Cancellation is applicable if the order is canceled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of the order, we will process the request for a refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
