01 — The material
Lightweight red dune sand, sweet soil for planting.
Red sand — known across the UAE as sweet sand, red dune sand or sweet soil — comes mainly from the dunes of Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. BHMK supplies and hauls first-grade red dune sand in bags or bulk anywhere in Dubai.
On site its light weight is the draw: it backfills trenches over cables and pipes without loading buried services, joints interlock pavers, and blends into lightweight cement blocks and cement products.
Beyond construction it is a favourite growing medium — its lower salt content and natural minerals make it well suited to gardens, parks and agriculture.
