01 — The material
Crushed concrete, engineered back into road base.
Recycled road base is made by processing clean, concrete-based construction and demolition waste. Instead of sending that concrete to landfill, we crush, screen and magnetically separate it into a graded aggregate at our own plant in Ras Al Khor.
The result is a tightly compactable blend of crushed concrete, gravel and fines that locks together under compaction. Residual unhydrated cement re-binds when the material is watered and rolled, so the layer keeps gaining strength after it is laid.
We produce every load ourselves, deliver it on our own tippers, and can level and compact it on site.

What is recycled road base?
Road base made from clean, concrete-based construction and demolition waste rather than newly quarried stone. It is crushed, screened and magnetically separated into a graded aggregate that performs as a sub-base layer.
Where is BHMK’s recycled road base produced?
At our own plant in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. Every load is made in-house — we are not reselling someone else’s material.
How does it compare with virgin road base?
It delivers high CBR and excellent load bearing at a lower cost. The angular crushed particles interlock tighter than rounded natural gravel, and residual cement re-binds when the layer is watered and compacted.
Can you level and compact it on site?
Yes — we supply, spread, level and compact the road base we deliver.
Where do you deliver it?
Across Dubai, Jebel Ali and Sharjah, from our Ras Al Khor facility.
What is the minimum order?
20 m³ — one six-wheeler load. Larger volumes move in 45 m³ trailers.
